At Twelve Stone we want every guest to enjoy a great experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
In-Store Dining
If there is an issue with your meal during your visit, please speak with a staff member right away. We may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Takeout and Online Orders
We do not offer refunds for takeout or online orders once the food has been picked up or delivered, except in cases of:

To request a refund or resolution, please contact us within 24 hours of your order and include:

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No-Show or Late Pickup
Refunds are not available for missed reservations or late pickups unless arrangements were made in advance.
